Pete was responsible for Lowe’s Home Improvement retail store expansion in the Mid‐Atlantic region for 11 years as a Senior Development Director, and has partnered with numerous national retail and industrial clients as a licensed Real Estate Professional and Architect providing comprehensive design, site selection, development, and feasibility services.

JANICE L. LOGUE

As Vice President of Brokerage at Dominion Commercial, Janice specializes in commercial sales and leasing, focusing on buyer and tenant representation. She has spent over 25 years in commercial real estate predominately working for retail and office tenants such as Dollar Tree Stores, Peebles Department Stores and Weight Watchers, where she was Real Estate Manager for Weight Watchers North America, Inc. She is a 1994 graduate of St. Leo College and recipient of the St. Catherine Medal for scholastic achievement. She is a member of ICSC, married to a retired Navy officer and enjoys golfing for pleasure. In addition to her services in Virginia, Janice has assisted clients with real estate needs in other areas throughout the country.

JOSEPH D. PFAHLER

As Vice President of Brokerage at Dominion Commercial, Joe has over 20 years experience in sales and leasing, specializing in the sale of shopping centers and investment properties. Over the years he has worked with local, regional and national tenants and has assisted them in procuring new space in the market, from the LOI stage through construction and opening. Joe has settled real estate transactions consisting of hundreds of millions of dollars and has worked with individual and institutional investors on the sale of single or multi‐tenant buildings, shopping centers and professional office buildings. Mr. Pfahler is a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from James Madison University.

KEVIN W. WINFREE

As Senior Associate at Dominion Commercial, Kevin specializes in commercial sales and leasing, as well as rural land sales. Prior to joining the team, Kevin handled the appraisal process and the disposition of REO properties for Essex Bank. Kevin is also a licensed appraiser in Virginia and previously was the assessor for a local municipality. As Vice President of Brokerage at Dominion Commercial, Ken brings 35 years of commercial real estate and telecommunications experience to his clients. Ken was previously with Colliers International and was a senior member of the Industrial Group, with a primary responsibility to assist clients with their industrial, manufacturing, distribution and logistical requirements. Prior to joining Colliers, Ken was employed by Adler Realty Services where he was responsible for all leasing and marketing for Byrd Corporate Park, a 475,000-square-foot, 10-building industrial flex facility located in Richmond’s southeast/airport sub-market. Ken was born and raised in Richmond and has extensive knowledge of the metropolitan business arena, which provides excellent insight into matching potential real estate solutions for his clients locally, as well as in other areas throughout Virginia.

KRYSTAL P. MANSFIELD

As Senior Associate at Dominion Commercial, Krystal is a native of the Richmond area focusing on the sale and leasing all of property types. Krystal began her career with a Fortune 100 company, using her talents for the management of third party supplier companies to enhance the overall quality of their services. After turning her focus to real estate, she has gained extensive knowledge in real estate law, ethics, project management, contract negotiations, and financing. Krystal is able to assist clients with various commercial real estate needs not only in the Richmond & Tri-Cities market, but as well as in other areas throughout Virginia.

These skills were honed as a lobbyist for property rights issues on state and federal levels. SHANE DORAN

As Vice President of Brokerage at Dominion Commercial, Shane has more than 30 years of development experience including retail, office, multi-family and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast and Mid–Atlantic regions.  During the last decade, Shane has focused on affordable housing site selection and has developed eleven LIHTC sites in Virginia valued at more than $220,000,000. He continues to focus on site selection and redevelopment opportunities for affordable and market-rate multi-family housing. Shane currently holds real estate sales licenses in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

MEREDITH R. LAUTER

As Vice President of Brokerage at Dominion Commercial, Meredith focuses on identifying and actualizing strategic land acquisitions for multiple investors involved primarily in shopping center, multi-family housing, and healthcare facility development. Beginning her commercial real estate career in Norfolk, Virginia, she leased the major downtown office buildings with Goodman Segar Hogan, Inc.  Attaining Million Dollar Sales status, Meredith initiated a cooperative network with other area agents in the Hampton Roads area positioning herself within a strong network of professionals. Volunteer fundraising successes led to her recruitment as Development Director for The Williams School, a K-8 independent school in Norfolk’s historic Ghent. Over her term, the school’s facilities doubled, two multi-million dollar capital campaigns were launched and realized, and a 233% annual fund increase was accomplished. Leadership positions included Board Chairmanships of Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, Virginia Symphony Carnegie Hall Debut, and Chrysler Museum of Art Masterpiece Society, along with a lifetime appointment as an accredited Garden Club of America Floral Design Judge. Meredith is a member of the Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) and her network of professional relationships throughout the Commonwealth and the Southeast enables her to assist clients with multiple commercial real estate needs.

CHARLES W. TURNER, JR.

Chuck is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and has more than 15 years of experience working in the Jacksonville markets, helping commercial clients and tenants evaluate their requirements to build a thriving business. Since the beginning of his career he has focused on Industrial and Land site selection and transactions. While focusing in the Northeast Florida area, Chuck has experience and a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry. Skilled in market research, site selection, land development, negotiation, industrial, office, apartments, and retail. He is a strong real estate professional with a BSBA focused in Finance, General from University of North Florida.  All of these roles have allowed Chuck to develop many commercial real estate relationships in the Jacksonville and Northern Florida business community. His network, experience and historical knowledge has allowed him to provide clients with important insight and success in getting properties connected to the right tenants.

C. RENEE CHAPLINE

Renee has been assisting clients with commercial real estate services and investment since 2000, working with businesses and industries around the world and supporting location decisions for global brands such as Toyota, Sabra Foods, and Goya, just to name a few. Renee is a location strategy expert who partners with your company to understand your business needs and assess the ability of various locations to meet those needs to enable future growth or consolidation for your company. Renee’s clients trust her extensive knowledge of real estate and solid negotiation skills to help them meet their real estate goals. This experience has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, matching business solutions to meet the client’s objectives, portfolio management and effectively marketing the properties she represents.

Renee has worked with communities along the eastern US to develop business and industrial parks with shovel-ready sites to attract investments into the community. In addition, she consults with local governments to strengthen their economic development programs, site acquisitions, marketing and outreach, and incentive analysis.  Renee’s experience includes project management, site plan analysis, land sales or lease transactions, planning and zoning, and comparative analysis.

Renee holds a Master’s Degree in Business from Averett University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Boston University. In Renee’s free time she enjoys time with her husband Scott and their two dogs Marshmallow and Chewy. Renee also enjoys coaching Tee Ball at the local YMCA and is an avid swimmer most every day.

JESSICA C. SMITH

As Vice President of Brokerage at Dominion Commercial, Jessica brings a unique perspective as an investor and landlord while working with a variety of commercial real estate clients and property types. Her primary focus is on land, industrial, and office properties where she provides numerous real estate services including strategic planning, portfolio optimization, site selection, leasing, sales/acquisitions, and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining the ranks in commercial real estate, Jessica spent 23 years in the Army and Air Force where she served in a variety of roles within Medical Services, Public Affairs and Wing Staff. These duties have given her the unique perspective and ability to connect with clients on a personal level, as well as a strong desire to help those around her find success, which crosses over to real estate clients and co-workers alike. Jessica is a member of multiple professional organizations across industries and is licensed in Florida and Colorado.

As Director of Marketing and Administration at Dominion Commercial, Betsy has the unique privilege of using her many skills to help move the company and its brand image forward as well as manage its financial and personnel infrastructure. With the rapid growth of Dominion Commercial, all of the sectors of her work have changed just as rapidly, yet, Betsy has ensured that the company has kept up with the times in the way its presence is shown across many social media and web technologies. GARLAND “ROCKY” JORGENSEN

As Director of Construction & General Repairs at Dominion Commercial and a Class A contractor, Rocky manages all new construction projects, commercial and government building maintenance, as well as specialized, new and old construction. Rocky also works with tenant turnovers, shell jobs, and tenant up-fits. With so many years of experience Rocky provides additional support and services that include creating proposals for tenant work, landlord work on all property management accounts, and all types of general repairs.

CHRISTOPHER I THOMPSON

As Director of Engineering at Dominion Commercial, Chris oversees all new development and redevelopment projects. LEED accredited and highly knowledgeable, Chris offers a wide array of civil engineering and design support for both the public and private markets. Chris is President of The Site Design Company, a civil engineering and consulting company with offices in Petersburg, Virginia. Chris has the design and engineering expertise, as well as the project management skill set, to lead both small and large projects from conceptual design through construction completion.
